Initially, no more BMW Online search (annoying, because i really liked using it for navigation). The awful instructions say to do a software update to get it to reconnect but my 2018 440i does not seem to offer OTA sw updates, instead only gives me a USB option. Without connected drive, it falls back to RDS so you still get indications of traffic speed on the maps (so not a big deal if you lose RTTI). But, I'm not sure if I'll renew this thing.
