New Release of Resource Scheduler from PeopleCube Improves Coordination of Services for Outlook and Resource Scheduler Users

PeopleCube, provider of intelligent workplace, resource and energy management technology, today announced that it has released the latest version of their Resource Scheduler on-demand scheduling solution. This new release features enhanced usability for the Resource Scheduler for Outlook/Exchange module, making it easier for users of the Resource Scheduler Web client and Outlook client to manage services, resources and other components of a meeting. This latest version also allows reservation kiosk administrators to quickly and easily update kiosk floor plans, ensuring that space diagrams are easily kept up to date and accurate.
The enhancements made to the Resource Scheduler for Outlook/Exchange module features an updated interface which allows users to manage meeting attendees, services and resources from either the Resource Scheduler web client or within Outlook. This improves the usability for Resource Scheduler for Outlook/Exchange users by making it faster and easier to coordinate services and other resources required for a meeting.
Kiosk Administrators are also able to leverage this new release of Resource Scheduler to quickly and easily update floor plans and other maps used on reservation kiosks, making kiosk administration more cost effective. By enabling kiosk administrators to update this information directly, they can ensure that kiosk users are presented with accurate information when they reserve shared workspace and meeting rooms, helping to improve collaboration and productivity.
