Inovis and Crossgate, Inc today announced a partnership under which Inovis will resell Crossgate’s e-Invoicing service and Crossgate will resell access to the Inovisworks for traditional Value Added Network (VAN) communication services. Further, the combined offerings extend the market reach of both organizations across North America and continental Europe.

e-Invoicing mandates are becoming prominent in many countries including Mexico which in May 2009 will mandate the use of a government form or digitally signed EDI document to comply with the FEA “Firma Electronica Avanzada” legislation. With Crossgate e-Invoicing, organizations and their customers can meet government mandates in over 28 countries while eliminating paper invoices, which are slow and expensive, while aiding in the global movement of achieving “Green” friendly business processes.
