Interoute expands ISO 20000 certification for Unified Computing Solutions
Interoute expands ITIL ICT Service Management industry best practice certification

Interoute, owner operator of Europe’s largest cloud services platform, has expanded ISO 20000 certification across their European Operations Centres and Data Centre Operations. Interoute successfully completed the expansion of ISO 20000 to the Sofia Operations Centre and Data Centre Operations in London and Paris. The scope of the ICT Service Management now covers Data Centre Operations in Amsterdam, Berlin, Geneva, London and Paris with integrated quality service management control through Interoute European Operations Centres (Prague and Sofia).
Interoute’s strategic approach is to combine ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 industry proven best practices in an integrated Enterprise Quality and Security Management System to meet the critical business technology demands of its customers. The comprehensive scope of the ISO 20000 certification aligns to ITIL service management industry best practices applied across the Interoute Unified Computing portfolio which includes Interoute Virtual Data Centre (VDC).
ISO 20000 represents the accreditation standard for ITIL service management processes, providing an internationally recognised ICT service management standard for corporate quality assurance. Interoute applies ITIL controls across the Unified Computing service management life cycle to ensure quality operations are in line with clearly defined process performance metrics.
